Ray Ramsay is Founder and CEO of Britt Land Services. A landman for over 30 years, Ray has extensive experience and knowledge in negotiating inter-company deals, preparing associated agreements, surface negotiations, acquisitions and documentation and freehold mineral acquisitions.

Brittney Ramsay, President
Brittney has been involved with Britt Land for over 10 years in various land positions and Business Development. From 2008- 2011 Brittney held the position of Manager, Business Development where she was instrumental in driving strong growth, developed a thorough understanding of the energy sector and delivered consistent results while demonstrating exceptional leadership traits. She continues to play an integral role in managing our quality control processes and creating and maintaining strong client and industry relationships.

Dayna Morgan, Vice President
Dayna started with Britt Land Services in 1999. She has an extensive knowledge of regulatory procedures and industry requirements and works closely with all staff to ensure all administrators and land agents share her expertise. She has developed a mentorship management style which promotes solution-based dialogue ensuring optimum results for our clients.

Bart Grant, Manager, Surface Land
Bart has been involved in the energy industry for over 12 years with extensive experience in land acquisitions and consultations in Western Canada. Prior to working at Britt Bart spent the last ten years working in Land Acquisitions and Stakeholder Relations on both freehold and crown areas throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. Bart’s experience covers all facets of surface land management, acquisition and public/stakeholder consultation.

Kim Lindsay, Manager, Land Administration
Kim joined Britt Land in March 2005 and instantly developed the skill set to independently oversee and manage client projects and relationships. Kim oversees our land admin team of over 20 administrators and is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Kim has been involved in preparing and attending Open Houses and has a strong understanding of the importance of completing projects thoroughly with high attention to detail and follow through.

Jacquie Seper, Manager, Land Operations
Jacquie joined the Britt Land team in March 2005 and was involved in opening Britt’s Grande Prairie office. Jacquie has always been keen on managing and overseeing client projects and creating strong client relationships. In 2010, after successfully getting the Grande Prairie office running Jacquie relocated to our Calgary office as a Project Manager and continued to oversee client projects, train and mentor the land team and implement our service solutions. In Jacquie’s role as Manager, Land Operations she is looking to ensure our processes are consistent, efficient and client satisfaction is always maintained.

Brian Williams, Surface Land Manager, Utilities
Brian is a strong leader and invaluable member of Britt. Having been with the company since 1990, Brian is actively involved in Surface and Mineral Lease acquisitions, utility acquisitions and Seismic programs.

Cara Janke, Manager, HR
Cara has been with Britt Land since 2004. She has over 15 years’ experience in the Human Resources area and has been integral in creating a positive and rewarding environment at Britt. Cara has a degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary along with a focus in management which has played a role in implementing various HR strategies at Britt. Her interpersonal skills, coupled with her effective management style are valuable assets to the Britt culture.
