Alberta

With our 26 years of experience working in Alberta we have become experts in dealing with crown and freehold acquisition services, both surface and mineral. We have been active in projects throughout the entirety of Alberta and have built relationships with the landowners, occupants, third parties, counties, and municipal/regional governments in the areas.

Britt Land has facilitated successful open houses throughout Alberta. This open house experience has allowed us to create strong relationships and a presence in the areas where they have been held, and created confidence and trust between ourselves, our clients and the community.

North East B.C.

Britt Land has responded to and provided options for clients when addressing issues and concerns (Industrial infringement on Treaty Rights, Trapping rights, requests for Economic Development, etc) from First Nations specific to Treaty 8 in Northeast British Columbia.We have provided mitigation strategies upon working with landowners who have communicated issues specific to Coal Bed Methane and overall oil and gas development.

We maintain a strong relationship with the Oil and Gas Commission in B.C. and ensure that any and all regulatory changes are promptly discussed with clients.
