Aboriginal Consultation Team (ACT)

In 2008 Britt Land created an Aboriginal Consultation Team (ACT) to further guide and assist our clients towards engaging and communicating with various Aboriginal Groups and First Nation Communities. In doing so, Britt Land respects and acknowledges the rights and privileges of both the proponents in which it represents and the First Nation and Aboriginal Communities that are being engaged in consultation.

Britts ACT includes two staff in our Grande Prairie office and two staff in Calgary to provide assistance in consultation with First Nation and Aboriginal groups throughout Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.

Britt Land on behalf of our clients have worked with an array of First Nation Communities and effectively liaises between clients and impacted Communities on issues surrounding Economic Development, Site Visit Costs, & Industrial Infringement on Treaty Rights, etc.
