STRATEGIC PLANNING

• Consultation with clients to create a strategic plan for upcoming projects
• Consultation and planning in support of land, engineering, geology and surveyor operations
• Field scouting with surveyors and/or construction representatives
• In-house title searches using Alberta Energy’'s online Electronic Transfer System (ETS), the SPIN II System, BC Online, and the Integrated Land and Resource Registry (ILRR) to assist with project planning
• Initiate contact with landowner/occupant to review proposed activity and obtain permission to survey
• Liaise with surveyors, land departments, engineers and contractors to ensure continual communication and exchange of information
• Research area specifics regulations, restrictions, public land requirements and area land prices
