As an Intermediate Land Administrator, your role will consist of; assisting with specific projects, problem solving, and ensuring quality control measures are always followed. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will assist in making you the ideal candidate.

As a Junior Land Administrator, your role will consist of preparation of field files, crossing files and client files, title searches, caveat registrations, data entry and other various office administrative tasks.

Mineral Landman

Britt Land Services, a dynamic land service company actively involved in consulting to the Oil & Gas and energy sectors since its inception in 1986, is seeking individuals to join our team. We are seeking a Mineral Landman who has 2-3 years of mineral negotiation experience in Saskatchewan. This position requires knowledge of mineral land acquisition responsibilities and procedures, knowledge of freehold mineral lease documents, experience dealing with potash, and strong client relations. Additionally, graduation from an accredited land program is a definite asset.

Intermediate Surface Land Administrator

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Surface Land Administrator who will be reporting to the Supervisor, Land Administration. We are seeking an individual who has at least 2 years of administration experience and possesses a certificate from an accredited Land Administration program. This position requires extensive knowledge of all aspects of Land Administration, including; knowledge of surface land procedures, knowledge of related ERCB regulations & strong client relations.

Supervisor Surface Land

We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Surface Land who has 10 years plus experience in the oil and gas industry with extensive field expertise, and has held their permanent land agent license for a minimum of 3 years. This position requires extensive knowledge of surface land administration and field related responsibilities and procedures, knowledge of ERCB regulations, strong client relations and supervisory skills. Additionally, graduation from an accredited land program is a definite asset.

Your role will consist of: assisting in supervising and mentoring our land agent team; being an integral member of our senior team; being involved in actively pursing new clients by tapping into your solid network and contacts; assisting our Manager of Land Administration in providing guidance and knowledge to our land admin team; problem solving and overseeing any SRB / ERCB hearings and applications; and ensuring quality control measures are followed. Your excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills will assist in making you the ideal candidate.

Senior A & D Land Administrator

We are currently seeking a Senior A & D Land Administrator. This candidate will be reporting to the Vice President. We are seeking an individual who has at least 7 years + administration experience and possesses a certificate from an accredited land administration program. This position requires extensive knowledge in the areas of Joint Ventures, Contracts, Surface, Easements & Minerals. This candidate must also have knowledge of Assignment and Novations, proficient in due diligence, file maintenance, title review, and experience in dealing with a variety of land systems.

As the successful candidate for this position you are motivated, highly organized and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where your commitment and attention to detail ensures we exceed our clients expectations. Your role will consist of; file review, preparation of required assignment & conveyance documents, verifying & updating information in land systems, overseeing and managing specific A&D projects, dealing directly with clients, mentoring land admin, problem solving, and ensuring quality control measures are always followed.
