We love the culture we have created at Britt Land. As a team we defend our culture as peaceful warriors and live it bottom up and top down…it starts and ends with each of us. Core Values are so often seen as a sales piece. A conversation topic for clients to let them know how ‘trendy’ and ‘engaged’ a company is with its staff. My favourite aspect of Britt Land is the encouragement and advocacy of important aspects such as employee engagement and growth. The atmosphere that permeates the team is one of support, transparency, enthusiasm and a team-mindedness that keeps things interesting, stimulating and above all else, inspires us go above and beyond for our clients.
