Meet Our Engagement Team!

We are pumped to introduce you to 3 leaders in Engagement who've recently joined the BRITT team!

We've been growing our Engagement division to help our clients manage increasing non-technical risks. There are drivers of change in stakeholder engagement from regulatory evolution; communication, connectivity and hyper-transparency; individual empowerment; and unforeseen opportunities/challenges. Disruption is the new normal. Our Engagement division provides risk management through innovation and credible engagement strategies. We design, plan, conduct, and evaluate stakeholder engagement activities and strategies that align with our client’s vision and cultural identity. We also provide clients with stakeholder data management, QA/QC, and engagement / regulatory audits to support clients through regulatory requirements. Our engagement division works in conjunction with or independently of our land team, depending on the project and client needs.

Our engagement division brings unique skill sets, experience, and passion to the BRITT team and our clients. They focus on the coordination and execution of stakeholder engagement, public participation and Indigenous engagement projects. This includes mediation, communications, strategic planning, policy analysis and advisory services, reporting, writing, event planning & facilitation, and capacity building for your team. In addition to Dione, Whitney and Dean we have 15+ subject matter experts with varying skill sets in our engagement division including, facilitators, mediators, policy/technical/plain language writers, etc.

Every project we work on has some form of stakeholder engagement, whether it’s working with landowners, communities, synergy groups, First Nations, Métis, regulatory bodies, municipalities, or the public. In our 30 years, we have completed thousands of land acquisitions with private landowners, facilitated Indigenous engagement, and completed stakeholder engagement plans and consultations for projects in Oil and Gas, Power, Transportation, Telecommunication, and public sectors. Our newest team members augments BRITT's experience and bring our capacity to the next level.
